My internships have introduced me to two different sides of business: helping early-stage companies develop and learning how investors evaluate commercial real estate. Both experiences have shown me how research, organization, financial analysis, and presentation shape professional decisions.

Internships

Eastdil Secured

Commercial Real Estate Analyst Program · Summer 2026

At Eastdil Secured, I was introduced to commercial real estate investment and financial analysis. I toured hotels in Santa Monica and worked with a team to evaluate which property we would recommend as an investment.

We developed our recommendation and presented it to Eastdil mentors. The project gave me firsthand experience weighing financial information alongside a property’s location, condition, and potential, then turning that analysis into a clear professional presentation.

UCLA Venture Accelerator

Intern Summer · 2025

I was one of two students selected to intern with the UCLA Venture Accelerator. I supported startup companies by organizing spreadsheets, creating videos, and working directly with founders as they developed their businesses.

The experience showed me how much work lies between an initial idea and a functioning company. Progress often depended on careful organization, clear communication, and the ability to respond quickly as a company’s needs changed.
